Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Lift Better (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using our app, website, or services (collectively, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Use of Service

• The Service is for your personal, non-commercial use only. Lift Better does not constitute medical advice and is for entertainment purposes only.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity under your account.
• Account sharing is not permitted.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. Paid Features

• Some features may require a paid subscription (“Premium”).
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe (when enabled).
• Refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.

3. User Content

• You may log your own workouts and fitness data for your personal use.
• Currently, there is no feature for sharing user content publicly. In the future, you may be able to share workouts, but you must not post unlawful, offensive, or misleading content.

4. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Lift Better is for general fitness and informational purposes only. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions or injuries. Use the app at your own risk.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or act unlawfully.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and software provided by Lift Better are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Service except as expressly allowed by these Terms.

7. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lift Better and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to injury or loss.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
